This eSIM is not refund or exchange for any circumstances.
An eSIM is a form of SIM card that is digital SIM card. It allows you to activate a mobile plan from your service provider without having to use a physical SIM. Thus, eSIM purchasers do not visit or collect your SIM.
- Reconfirm your email address before you purchase.(Refund is not available)
- This eSIM should be downloaded by scanning the QR code we send you, If you’re not downloaded within 30 days, upon purchase date. The eSIM would be automatically terminated.(Refund is not available).

Set up your eSIM

*After registering for your eSIM you will recieve a QR code, scan that to start setting up.

Step 1. Before purchasing, make sure that your device is eSIM compatible.

Step 2. Select the pre-paid eSIM plan and complete purchase.

Step 3. Scan the QR code you have just recieve from your email that you typed in.

Step 4. Please install eSIM on your device. If you have a different eSIM in your mobile device, you might be asked to select which eSIM to use for your data. Please select our eSIM.

*Trouble Shooting (For iPhone)

Scan the QR code in Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Planbr
Turn OFF Wi-Fi
Turn ON your eSIM Cellular
Data Roaming is ON
Enable other eSIMs turn them OFF temporarily if you have any.
Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data options>Voice&Data>Tab LTE mode
If you find an existing Profile or VPN(Setting > General), delete it and reboot - if you ever been to Japan
-Settings>General>VPN&Device Management >Tab to configuration profiles and remove these two images below
If the issue is not resolved, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Setting and restart.
